Employer Obligations
Establish in writing, implement, maintain and disseminate in the workplace a psychosocial risk prevention policy that includes:
- a) the Prevention of psychosocial risk factors
- b) the Prevention of workplace violence, and
- c) the encouragement of a work-friendly organizational environment
Identify and analyze the psychosocial risk factors, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 7.1, subsection a), and 7.2, of ILO or MEX NOM-035-STPS or US equivalent, in the case of work centers with between 16 and 50 workers .., thus as:
Identify and analyze the psychosocial risk factors and evaluate the organizational environment, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 7.1, subsection b), 7.2 and 7.3, respectively, with ILO or MX NOM-035-STPS or US equivalent, in the case of work centers that have more than 50 workers.
